摘要: The aim of the present investigations was to examine effects states hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism on vasopressin (AVP) and oxytocin (OT) release under conditions equilibrated water metabolism as well osmotic stimulation, brought about by dehydration hypertonic saline administration. euhydrated simultaneously hypothyroid rats showed decreased hypothalamic AVP OT content somewhat higher but not significant neurohypophysial content. In these animals raised (but AVP) plasma level has been observed. hyperthyroid drinking tap ad libitum significantly diminished; concentration then elevated. state stimulation reason different response hypothalamo-neurohypohysial system function in hypo- rats. Significant decreases were found both dehydrated saline-treatment compared with ones. On contrary, neurohypophysis distinctly salt-loaded rats; last increased well. Plasma diminished injected relation control subgroup. Data from study suggest that: 1). altered thyroid gland affects hypothalamo-neurohypophysial metabolism; 2). modifies AVP-ergic OT-ergic neurons upon osmoreceptors/osmodetectors stimulation. It may be supposed that display greater than sensitivity hormone influence.
