摘要: Rectus abdominalis musculocutaneous (RAM) flaps have numerous uses in the treatment of large defects. However, flap harvesting can result abdominal wall incisional hernia and bulge, which are challenging problems. Most these problems occur below arcuate line wall. there will be differences that unique to each patient area or bulge. The open approach repair appears used most often, but precise bulge is often not distinguished. This report describes a case was treated using new method, had clear advantage allowing weakness recognized. A 53-year-old man underwent left vertical RAM for reconstruction after tongue carcinoma resection. Six months operation, lower were observed. Open laparoscopic-assisted performed. Pneumoperitoneum led distension cavity outward stretching wall, so protruded great degree. In this phase, by making operating room slightly dark, became more clearly recognizable. When direct plication bulging required, contralateral component separation technique study an inventive procedure flap, with combined advantages laparoscopic repair.
