摘要: Functional analysis of regulatory elements in the human tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) gene showed that its promoter (-119/+169) is activated by UV irradiation HeLa cells. We demonstrated here AP-2 like CCCCACCC sequence involved UV-mediated activation and Sp1 binds to sequence.
