摘要: Delusional depression frequently is encountered in the treatment of older psychiatric patients. Although pathogenesis this disorder and its relationship to organic brain lesions remains unclear, somatic treatment, especially with ECT, leads initial recovery majority cases. High rates relapse possibility increased mortality these patients argue for studies effectiveness maintenance treatments.
