摘要: A single-point mutation in exon 15 of the BRAF gene has recently been reported a high percentage cultured melanoma cells and 6 9 primary melanomas examined. To evaluate impact T1796A mutation, we screened melanomas, various types nevi lesions where developed an underlying nevus. We could detect 28 97 (29%) 39 187 (21%) nevi, including blue (0/20) Spitz (0/69), which did not carry mutation. In with nevus, either was present both laser-microdissected nevus (3/14) or were negative for except one case. conclusion, mutations are nonspecific progression to melanoma. Other so far unknown cofactors seem be importance.
