摘要: The operations within a living cell depend on the collective activity of networks proteins, sometimes termed "interactomes". Within these networks, most proteins interact with few partners, while small proportion called hubs, participate in large number interactions and play central role organizing interactomes. LC8 was first discovered as an essential component microtubule-based molecular motor dynein such is involved fundamental processes, including retrograde vesicular trafficking, ciliary/flagellar motility, division. More recently, evidence has accumulated that also interacts are not clearly connected or transport, some roles apoptosis, viral pathogenesis, enzyme regulation, kidney development. Here, we introduce idea hub protein diverse its function light chain but one many. We further propose crucial regulatory various systems due to ability promote dimerization partially disordered proteins.
