摘要: Several attempts have been made to improve osseointegration of titanium alloy as an implant material by modification its surface. In the present study, proliferation, differentiation, and mineralization osteoblasts on type I collagen-coated Ti6Al4V were investigated. The activity alkaline phosphatase accumulation calcium grown significantly higher compared cells polystyrene. Precoating surface with collagen did not extensively affect phosphatase, synthesis, accumulation, or mRNA levels for alpha1, osteopontin, osteocalcin, MMP-2, TIMP-2. Maximum synthesis was observed at day 4 culture independent material. specific reached maximum 18 culture. Accumulation elevated osteocalcin found 22. These results indicate that collagen-coating alone is sufficient accelerate differentiation rat calvarial Ti6Al4V.
