摘要: This paper estimates the annual direct medical and caregiver costs of Streptococcus pneumoniae (Sp) nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae (NTHi)-associated diseases in children younger than 10 years Canada, Germany, Mexico, Norway after vaccination with 7-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV-7). Per-episode for treating Sp- NTHi-associated were summarised from literature three countries, a Delphi panel was used to estimate resource use per-episode Mexico. or inflated 2008 local currency converted United States (US) dollars using purchasing power parities.
