摘要: A number of studies have shown that full transformation non-established rodent fibroblasts can be efficiently achieved in vitro by the concerted action two oncogenes belonging to different complementation groups (reviewed ref. 1). Extension two-genes carcinogenesis model other differentiated cell types, presumably endowed with controls growth, is desirable for a better understanding questions such as host selectivity oncogene action. recent report2 claimed cooperation between oncogenes, v-myc and v-mil, required achieve chicken embryo neuroretina cells, which are characterized limited growth capacity monolayer culture3. Here we present evidence alone sufficient induce glial neuronal precursor types from chick neuroretina. We also report induction accompanied faithful preservation some functions cells.
