摘要: We aimed to evaluate the effect of pregnancy timing after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) on maternal and fetal outcomes. Women with LSG were stratified into two groups surgery-to-conception intervals ≤ 18 months (early group) or > 18 months (late group). Only first delivery was included in this study. compared characteristics, pregnancy, neonatal outcomes adherence Institute Medicine’s (IOM) recommendations for gestational weight gain (GWG) groups. Fifteen patients conceived surgery, a mean interval 5.6 ± 4.12 months, 29 women following LSG, 32.31 ± 11.38 months, p < 0.05. There no statistically significant difference between regarding birth weight, age, cesarean deliveries (CD), preterm birth, whether their child small large need intensive care. correlation loss from operation till conception, during body mass index (BMI) at conception either study group. Inadequate normal GWG significantly higher early group, whereas excessive late group (X2, 20.780; p = < 0.001). The did not impact Pregnancy overall safe well-tolerated.
