摘要: Abstract Changes in hepatic microsomal mixed-function oxidase enzyme levels (aniline hydroxylase, aminopyrine demethylase, glutathione S -transferase), content, total sulphydryl and plasma of aspartate transaminase, alanine transaminase alkaline phosphatase were studied male Swiss albino mice exposed to Salmonella typhimurium endotoxin (50–150 μg per mouse, LC 50 141.82 μg). Animals the same dose but pretreated with protein A Staphylococcus aureus (5 μg/per mouse) protected animals from both mortality depletion biotransformation enzymes.
