摘要: Abstract Two rapid and sensitive high-throughput immunochromatographic assays were successfully developed for simultaneous determination of 12 sulfonamide, 18 quinolone six tetracycline residues in milk. Under optimized conditions, from these three classes antibiotics can be qualitatively quantitatively determined on a single strip within 10 min. The detection limits much lower than the maximum residue established by European Union. Comparative evaluations sensitivity, antibody consumption, coefficient variation user experience between two showed that latex beads have advantages over colloidal gold when employed as label assay. Therefore, bead-based assay has best potential on-site testing large number samples part food safety applications.
