摘要: Abstract Floral induction in longan ( Dimocarpus Lour.) trees by low temperature (LT) or potassium chlorate (KClO 3 ) treatment, is supposed to act, at least partially, their interference with the hormonal concentration and/or export out of leaves. Therefore effect LT and KClO on hormone transport rate leaves was investigated these experiments. Results experiments below show that LT-, but not , treatment considerably increased leaf N 6 (Δ 2 -isopentenyl) adenine/ adenosine (iP/iPA) together indole acetic acid (IAA). Export rates Zeatin/Zeatin riboside (Z/ZR) gibberellins (GA) were very often detection limit observed. This suggests a specific independent regulation two treatments.
