摘要: Abstract Recent studies have given conflicting results regarding growth in children born following assisted reproductive treatments up to the age of 18years. It has been suggested that conceived via IVF may be taller than naturally and this due subtle epigenetic alteration imprinted genes as a result process. A prospective match-controlled study was performed investigate UK standard intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) 12years. The assessed 143 166 ICSI with 173 matched controls. Primary end-points were height weight at various time points: birth, 5years, 7–9years 10–12years. In addition, head circumference birth. No significant differences observed circumference, between three groups any points. conclusion, preliminary provides reassuring information Further must continue other outcomes assisted-conception they develop through puberty into early adulthood.
