摘要: Abstract Starting from livelihood capitals of households and regarding planting structures wills as the core, this paper explores elements mechanisms influencing households’ decisions in Zhagana Agriculture-Forestry-Animal Husbandry Composite System, first Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems site Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China. (1) Based on DFID’s Sustainable Livelihoods Approach, highlights influences traditional cultures information technology activities formulates a capital accounting framework for agricultural heritage systems. According to results, average value is 2.617. (2) This divides into demonstrated current phase willingness anticipated phase. As structures, oilseeds, highland barley potatoes rank top 3 among 66.601 ha cultivated lands involved. willingness, show relatively stronger will oilseeds weaker barley. (3) selects SUR model Probit screen indicators obviously relevant decisions. statistical analysis, makes element analyses with an obvious relevance one by finally screens incentive, restrictive regulatory households. In addition, “incentive indicators” barley-planting refer households' area productivity farming activities.
