摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on the role of macrophage in removing antigen from extracellular fluids, degrading larger part this while presenting a small it persisting immunogenic form. handling is done without contributing to specificity immune response, which determined by antigenreactive T and B lymphocytes. During process uptake antigen, macrophages appear retain few molecules undegraded or with chemical changes. Macrophage-associated becomes an effective stimulus mainly conditions that require two types lymphocytes meet molecules. These are specifically antigen-committed number. The positive related their capacity (1) remove might be capable interacting eliminating isolated (2) lymphoid tissues promote its necessary meeting both cells.
