摘要: The search for the underlying neurochemical causes of dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease and aging has continued in earnest over past few years. Although cholinergic hypothesis attracted much attention experimental effort, another is coming forefront large part advances our understanding basis learning memory. This new hypothesis, glutamatergic does not necessarily exclude or others, but may provide an additional perspective design development potential therapies cognitive disorders associated with disease.
