摘要: EGFR is a survival factor for variety of cancer cell types. The mechanism by which regulated and the downstream mediators that regulate are subjects ongoing research. Here we highlight one important aspect signaling, bi-directional interaction between Ras. We discuss mechanistic basis this interaction, its implications biology, potential importance as target therapy.
