摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the gene expression of KGF, TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta in skin fibroblasts keratinocytes cultured from burned patients. METHODS: Three patients with large burns three small burns, as well two controls, were included. The cell culture was initiated by enzymatic method. After extraction purification mRNA, qPCR used to assess beta. RESULTS: KGF increased on average 220-fold 33.33-fold fibroblasts, 11.2-fold 3.45-fold compared healthy (p<0.05). Expression not observed. is down-regulated patients, much more repressed (687-fold, p<0.05). In keratinocytes, repression occurs (28-fold), while express this intensively (15-fold). CONCLUSIONS: study showed a quantitative pattern gene, which expressed according size burn. expressed. A qualitative demonstrated.
