摘要: Severe burn causes a pronounced hypermetabolic response characterized by catabolism and extensive protein wasting. We recently found that this state is driven severe inflammatory response. in detail the kinetics of serum levels panel cytokines rat model, which may serve as reference for development therapeutic interventions applicable to humans. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (n = 8) received full-thickness 60% total body surface area. Serum was harvested 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 168 h after burn. Eight commonly used assess humans, such IL-1beta, IL-6, IL-10, TNF, vascular endothelial growth factor, monocyte chemotactic rat-specific cytokine-induced neutrophil chemoattractant (CINC) CINC-2, CINC-3 were measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique compared with controls 4). Statistical analysis conducted using t test, P < 0.05 considered significantly different. Thermal injury resulted increased CINC-1, when concentrations detected nonburned (P 0.05). TNF-alpha factor burned not be different controls. Burn profound rats. Specific known increase humans postburn IL-1 beta, MCP-1, IL-8 (CINC-1, rat) also observed our now allows us study new anti-inflammatory treatment options.
