摘要: It is more than a decade that amniotic membrane has been used as wound dressing because of its anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fibrotic, anti-scarring properties, well pain relieving and epithelialization promoting features. However, had limited applications it needs to suture in surgery, highly fragile, firmly adhere the may cause bleeding when changing bandage. This study investigated possibility development novel amniotic-based chitosan gel potential repair substrate with marked efficacy. In this experiment, prepared based on chitosan/PVP containing human extract (AME-Gel) was terms wound-healing efficacy scar preventive effects rat burn model. The levels re-epithelialization dermal regeneration were examined by histological assessment using H&E Masson's trichrome staining. Also, we clarified mechanism healing cytokine-releasing activities AME effect epithelization, angiogenesis, fibroblast growth migration. Our results revealed AME-Gel induces epidermal at shorter time through formation granulation tissue, enhancement proliferation, improvement blood capillary concomitant developing collagen bundles. Therefore, could be considered simple easy biological for any type superficial wounds, without adverse effects.
