摘要: There is an increasing effort to understand the many sources of population variability that can influence drug absorption, metabolism, disposition, and clearance in veterinary species. This growing interest reflects recognition this diversity dose-exposure-response relationships affect residues present edible tissues food-producing animals. To appreciate pharmacokinetic may exist across a potential product recipients, both endogenous exogenous variables need be considered. The American Academy Veterinary Pharmacology Therapeutics hosted 1-day session during 2017 Biennial meeting explore recognized impact medicine. following review highlights information shared session. In Part I workshop report, we consider associated with metabolism membrane transport. II report use modeling simulation support appreciation relationships.
