摘要: 1 Ten children with Plasmodium falciparum malaria were treated 25 mg/kg chloroquine over 3 days and observed for 7 days. 2 Chloroquine was determined in the red blood cells plasma, cell/plasma concentration ratio correlated disappearance of parasites from blood. It found that this decreased remained almost steady after had disappeared completely The half-life (t1/2) elimination rate constant "terminal' slope (lambda beta) plasma log concentration-time curve estimated to be 135.9 +/- 9.92 h 0.005 0.001 h-1 (s.d.) respectively. 4 t1/2 lambda beta calculated cell not significantly different corresponding values curve.
