摘要: Abstract Total lipid of four egg grown influenza viruses (A2-Asia, A2-England, A2-Taiwan and fowl plague virus) were extracted with chloroform-methanol. After mild alkali treatment the extracts, glycosphingolipids sphingomyelin separated by a silicic acid column, finally purified thin layer chromatography. Fatty acid, sphingosine carbohydrate components individual classes then analysed gas-liquid Nearly identical results obtained all investigated. Approximately 20% total was monohexosylceramide, distributed equally between glucosyl- galactosyl- analogues. Lactosylceramide oligohexosylceramides found in much smaller concentrations (approx. 2%). About 15% attributed to sphingomyelin. A large proportion fatty acids (around 25% 60% glycolipids) belonged long chain (C19-C26) normal- 2-hydroxy series. C18-sphingosine be only base present
