摘要: Terrestrial mollusk fossil assemblages of the Luochuan loess section have been investigated so as to improve reconstruction environmental changes in last 110ka. A total 118 samples, taken at an interval 10cm S0-S1 portion, analyzed. Results show that recorded detailed paleoclimatic and paleoecological changes. The area bas experienced cold-dry warm-humid alternations 110 ka. However, even under prevailing condition, short-term or seasonal climates frequently occurred this area, reflecting impact summer monsoons temporarily. Comparison records from sequence with those grain-size aridity index RC 27-61 core Indian Ocean reveals obvious similarities several time intervals, suggesting climate variations Loess Plateau may also subjected influences monsoon a certain extent geological past. presence some specific cold-humid species represents deteriorated conditions, which might be cooling events similar Heinrich Northern Atlantic. Six principal factors obtained by correspondence analysis their related significance discussed.
