摘要: The loess-paleosol sequence in China records abundant and valuable information on the global regional climate changes. Biological record from loess is most direct evidence variation pattern of paleo-atmospheric circulation changes winter summer monsoon. A new climatic instability, which occurred Loess Plateau during late glacial period, presented. Through study terrestrial mollusks three sequences, authors intend to characterize biological response process rapid change learn mechanisms driving instable possible linkage different regions. result shows striking consistent variability ratio mollusk sequences glacial, indicating apparent fluctuations. Correlation our with oxygen isotopic Greenland ice cores foraminifera1 Northeast Pacific Ocean reveals similar instability provides us a thought probing observed North Atlantic, Plateau. low-level atmospheric Northern Hemisphere may be one way link unstable patterns above
