摘要: Abstract Objective. We hereby report on two patients receiving goserelin due to breast cancer in whom a failure ovarian ablation was detected. A review of the hormonal effects LHRH analogues is performed. Case reports. 1: 36-year-old female diagnosed with carcinoma and treated surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, goserelin. 16-week gestation detected after 17 months uninterrumpted therapy at ablative doses. 2: 41-year-old tamoxifen. Goserelin substituted for tamoxifen bone metastases and, 2 years later, confirmed reappearance patient's menses. Conclusions. Goserelin-induced may fail use appropriate doses this drug. suggest possible mechanism hormone resistance induced by long-term administration analogues. No fetal damage exposure first 4 gestation.
