摘要: Bioactive inorganic materials are attractive for hard tissue regeneration, and they used as delivery vehicles pharmaceutical molecules, scaffolds components bio-composites. We demonstrated mesoporous bioactive glass (BG) nanospheres that exhibited the capacity to deliver molecules. Mesoporous BG with variable Ca Si ratios were synthesized using sol-gel chemistry. By controlling hydrolysis condensation conditions, diameter of was changed from 300 nm 1500 nm. The porous structure surface area shown be dependent on their composition. decreased 400 ± 2 m(2) g(-1) 56 ± 0.1 when Ca/Si ratio increased 5 50 at.%. When loaded ibuprofen (IBU), a sustained release profile in simulated body fluid (SBF). In meantime, IBU-loaded degraded SBF, induced apatite layer formation result good bioactivity. composite filler poly (e-caprolactone) (PCL), effective at improving vitro bioactivity PCL microspheres.
