摘要: An effective analytical method of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was developed for the rapid determination essential oils in crude extract Acorus species (Acorus gramineus, tatarinowii, and calamus). Major phenypropanoids (β,α-asarone isomers, euasarone, methyleugenol) β-caryophyllene were used as marker compounds determined quality control herbal medicines. To compounds, various extraction techniques such solvent immersion, mechanical shaking, sonication compared, greatest efficiency observed with using petroleum ether. The dynamic range GC/MS depended on specific analyte; acceptable quantification obtained between 10 2000 μg/mL β-asarone, 500 α-asarone, 200 methyleugenol, 5 100 βcaryophyllene. deemed satisfactory by inter- intra-day validation exhibited both high accuracy precision, a relative standard deviation < 10%. Overall limits detection approximately 0.34-0.83 μg/mL, (σ)-to-calibration slope (s) ratio (σ/s) 3. limit quantitation our experiments 1.13-3.20 at σ/s 10. On basement validation, 20 samples collected from markets Korea monitored control. In addition, principal component analysis (PCA) hierarchical cluster (HCA) performed data different order to classify that regions.
