摘要: In sugar beet, cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) is conferred by the Owen mitochondrion (Svulg). order to find polypeptides specific this cytoplasm and putatively involved in CMS, we assessed protein expressions of Svulg a non-sterilizing (Nvulg) organello synthesis mitochondria isolated from leaves. Given hydrophobicity mitochondrial translation products, compared both cytoplasms with an acid-base two-dimensional electrophoresis adapted hydrophobic separation. To evaluate possible effect nuclear background, expression three different backgrounds using near-isogenic-line pairs. While four variant were revealed for each context, polypeptide was nuclear-cytoplasmic context. Although study did not enable us unambiguously any related observe nucleus on gene expression.
