摘要: The rise in globalization, new technologies and changes workforce demographics have created work environments. As a result, countries around the world are seeking to restructure their educational systems better prepare future generations for challenges that they will face this labour market. These trends also introduced increased demands on sector especially school principals who responsible quality of education schools. This study examines association between mental health status self-reported working conditions principals. Our findings highlight potential problems among results provide evidence satisifaction with characteristics associated status. They indicate areas which boards may be well positioned address some organizational difficulties encountered by group.
