摘要: The presence of amyloid P-component (AP) within cerebral deposits was investigated by means biochemical and immunocytochemical methods. Immunoperoxidase on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections from Alzheimer's Disease, Down's Syndrome, asymptomatic age-related amyloidosis, sporadic angiopathy, hereditary hemorrhage with amyloidosis-Icelandic type, amyloidosis-Dutch type revealed the AP in affected vessel walls all cases, parenchymal resembling neuritic plaques disease, type. A short digestion pepsin required for immunodetection these latter structures. After extraction leptomeningeal fibrils, characterized sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis, Western blot, gel chromatography, partial amino acid sequencing. Our results indicate that: (a) amyloidosis has similar properties homologous terminal sequence to systemic amyloidosis; (b) is associated a variety brain regardless their chemical nature. AP, serum protein, parenchyma points an impairment blood-brain barrier diseases.
