摘要: Objective To analyze donor oocyte cycles in the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) registry to determine: 1) how many complied with 2009 American Medicine/SART embryo transfer guidelines; and 2) cycle outcomes according number of embryos transferred. For IVF age Design Retrospective cohort study United States national information. Setting Not applicable. Patient(s) A total 13,393 donor-recipient from 2011 to 2012. Intervention(s) Embryos transferred cycles. Main Outcome Measure(s) Percentage compliant cycles, multiple pregnancy rate. Result(s) There were 3,157 cleavage-stage transfers 10,236 blastocyst transfers. In 88% met compliance criteria. The rate (MPR) was significantly higher noncompliant a subanalysis 91% two only 9% single embryos. those patients transferring embryos, MPR (33% vs. 1%). transfers, 28% at 53% (compared 2% cycles). Conclusion(s) majority are current guidelines, but results compared single-embryo transfer. noncompliant, which appears be driving an unacceptably high these
