摘要: Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive malignant disease. Owing to the lack of early symptoms, accompanied by extensive metastasis and high resistance chemotherapy, pancreatic adenocarcinoma becomes fourth leading cause cancer-related deaths. In this study, we identified a subpopulation cells isolated from Panc-1 cell line named stem-like cells. These expressed levels CD133/CD44/Oct4/Nestin. Compared cells, were resistant gemcitabine MDR1; furthermore, have anti-apoptotic, but weak proliferative potential. results indicated that as novel group, may be potential major multidrug metastasis.
