摘要: The Non-Structural protein 1 of Canine Parvovirus-2 (CPV2.NS1) plays a major role in viral cytotoxicity and pathogenicity. CPV2.NS1 has been proven to cause apoptosis HeLa cells vitro our laboratory. Here we report that no toxic side effects on healthy but regresses skin tumors Wistar rats. Histopathological examination tumor tissue from treated group revealed infiltration mononuclear polymorphonuclear with increased extra cellular matrix, indicating signs regression. Tumor regression was also evidenced by significant decrease mitotic index, AgNOR count PCNA increase TUNEL positive apoptotic group. Further, induced anti-tumor immune response through CD8(+) NK cell population These findings suggest can be possible therapeutic candidate as an alternative chemotherapy for the treatment cancer.
