摘要: The clonal proliferation of chicken granulocytic progenitors was inhibited 5-20-fold by the eicosanoid, 5-HETE, at 1.0 microM. Inhibition occurred lowest concentration measured (0.12 microM). This compound 0.6 to microM also chick embryo fibroblasts as much 10-fold.
