Augmented mitogenic responsiveness to epidermal growth factor in murine fibroblasts that overexpress pp60c-src.

摘要: C3H10T1/2 murine fibroblasts overexpressing chicken pp60c-src showed a two- to fivefold enhanced incorporation of [3H]thymidine into DNA in response epidermal growth factor (EGF) relative that the parent line. No difference characteristics, number and affinity EGF receptors, or hormone potency was attributable c-src overexpression. These results suggest may interact with mitogenic signal transduction pathway some event distal binding.
