摘要: The amino acid sequences of human carcinoembryonic antigen deduced from the cDNA (1) have been analysed. This contains seven extracellular domains (previously recognized three highly repetitive are further divided into A and B subdomains each) which strikingly homologous to each other immunoglobulin variable regions, poly-Ig receptor Thy 1.1. N-terminal domain lacks immunoglobulin-like fold but six have, suggesting that CEA belongs superfamily.
