摘要: Solid liquid separation of animal slurry is a method to reduce the excess nutrient loads from intensive livestock production. Five different technologies (sedimentation, centrifugation, pressurized filtration, polymer flocculation and drainage, iron chloride addition + drainage) were applied pig cattle in laboratory study. Separation efficiencies mass, dry matter (DM), N, P measured. Particle size fractionation solid fractions was performed by subjecting them wet C, organic N (N(org)), contents subsequently Chemical pretreatment with before gravity drainage separated DM, total raw highest efficiencies. Sedimentation centrifugation slurries higher simple (0.77 0.70, respectively) compared filtration (0.15 0.37). Pressurized transferred lowest masses (14 18%) fractions. generally contained concentrations C The majority present particles > 25 microm, whereas larger proportions < microm. increased capture smaller N(org)- P-rich into between 1000
