摘要: Imprinted polymers are now being increasingly considered for active biomedical uses such as drug delivery. In this work, the use of molecularly imprinted (MIPs) in designing new delivery devices was studied. were prepared from methacrylic acid (functional monomer), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (cross-linker), and bromhexine (as a template) using bulk polymerization method. The influence template/functional monomer proportion pH on achievement MIPs with pore cavities high enough affinity investigated. polymeric further characterized by FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, binding experiments. showed higher slower release rate than non-imprinted polymers. controlled investigated through vitro dissolution tests measuring absorbance at λ max 310 nm HPLC-UV. media employed hydrochloric level 3.0 phosphate buffers, levels 6.0 8.0, maintained 37.0 25.0 ± 0.5 °C. Results analyses ability MIP to control all cases At temperature 25 °C, polymer occurred.
