摘要: Across Indonesia, training partnerships have formed between vocational education and institutions industry to meet the demands of 21st century labour market. For many managers, a partnership has become necessary means train unskilled workers as well update skills required for current workforce. Vocational institutions, such polytechnics, are emerging one major logical providers workforce that is revitalise maintain competitiveness this nation’s industries business. The purpose case study research explore examine impacting factors in four VET East Java, Indonesia.
