摘要: Astrocytomas are the most frequent tumors originating in human nervous system. They carry a dismal prognosis as high-grade astroctyoma patients (World Health Organization [WHO] grade III and IV) rarely live beyond 5 years. At present, these mainly diagnosed through difficult task of histologic examination tissue obtained stereotactic biopsy or tumor resection. In addition to determining malignancy studies, only other prognostic factors used clinical setting patient age performance status.
