摘要: Abstract The clinical pattern of neuropathic pain, diagnosed using the quantitative sensory testing (QST) battery (German Research Network on Neuropathic Pain), could be partly mimicked in healthy volunteers after topical capsaicin application. However, similar to pain that develops only a subgroup patients who have neurologic lesion, this attempt mimick succeeded small fraction (18%) individuals. In present assessment, we pursued hypothesis inducible differed from other participants with respect their psychological phenotype. Therefore, an observational study, were assessed comprehensive set variables comprising general and pain-related cognitive-emotional mechanisms. sum scores questionnaires significantly linearly correlated each other. Principal component analysis indicated major source variance (46%) attributed dispositional optimism examined via Life Orientation Test (LOT). LOT score between groups participants, either those whom neuropathy-like QST (50–60% 11 parameters) induced (n = 20) or not (n = 90; P  = .0375). It emerged again as main selection criterion classification regression tree predicting participant's group assignment (inducible versus noninducible pattern) at cross-validated accuracy 95.5 ± 2.1%. Thus, few random sample who, application, resemble (to degree about 60%) test battery, are preselectable basis factors, particular emphasis pessimistic life attitudes. Perspective 18% volunteers, application resulted 50 60% components battery. These individuals displayed more attitude by means LOT.
