摘要: Ezrin is a member of the ezrin–radixin–moesin (ERM) family proteins, which link cytoskeleton and cell membrane. ERM proteins are involved in pivotal cellular functions including cell–matrix recognition, cell–cell communication, motility. Several recent studies have shown that expressed specific types adult rostral migratory stream (RMS). In this study, we found highly early postnatal RMS ventricular zone embryonic cerebral cortex, suggesting these may be by neural progenitors. Furthermore, whereas ezrin previously was to exclusively astrocytes RMS, ezrin-expressing cells also markers for indicating neuroblasts vivo vitro, expression decreases progressively as migrate. Using vitro differentiation stem cells, their progeny (neuroblasts astrocytes), but not oligodendrocytic progeny. Collectively our findings demonstrate express intracellular actin remodeling.
