摘要: Traumatic brain injury promotes rapid induction of microglial cells and infiltration peripheral macrophages to the sites. Such inflammatory responses are mediated by activation migration immune cells, which influenced actin cytoskeleton remodeling. In this study, we observed that phosphorylation expressions ezrin-radixin-moesin (ERM) proteins, linkers for cell surface with cytoskeleton, induced in activated microglia/macrophages, whereas ERM molecules only marginally expressed quiescent microglia normal brain. These results suggest penumbra is implicated after traumatic injury.
