摘要: Changes in the oxygenation state of brain hemoglobin during mental work were monitored real time (time resolution: 1 s) using near-infrared spectrophotometry 14 healthy volunteers. In a younger group (age range 22–30 years, n = 12), subjects finding difficulty solving problem accompanied by significant increases both oxygenated and total hemoglobin, while making correct answer without showed no changes oxygenation. When compared with those subjects, observations on older subject demonstrated decrease reciprocal increase deoxygenated unaccompanied hemoglobin.
