摘要: Effects of high doses sulpiride on agonistic behavior in male mice. The effects a single injection (100, 150, or 200 mg/kg, ip) physiological saline (0.9% NaCl) the behaviour elicited by isolation mice were examined. Half animals housed and employed as experimental control animals; remainder used 'standard opponents" temporally rendered anosmic zinc sulphate. Individually exposed to "standard neutral area 30 minutes after drug administration. These encounters videotaped evaluated using an ethologically based analysis. Sulpiride significantly decreased time spent offensive behaviours (threat attack). However, only lowest dose produced specific antiaggressive profile characterized suppression aggressive without significant increase immobility behaviours. results suggest that possible specificity atypical neuroleptics could be closely related used.
