摘要: In this study, the antiaggressive effects of risperidone and SCH 23390 have been explored. Using paradigm isolation-induced aggression, 150 albino male mice OF1 strain were allocated to control experimental groups which received three doses (0.01, 0.05 0.1 mg/kg) or two (0.05 mg/kg). Only highest decreased threat attack behaviours but all significantly impaired motor behaviour. with used also produced significant increases in immobility. Although both antipsychotics are antiaggressive, action seems be more specific case risperidone. Finally, drugs failed affect animals short latency, being only subjects long suggests that these types different their dopamine serotonin neurotransmission.
