摘要: OBJECT Microsurgical skills remain an integral component of neurosurgical education. There is a need for objective scale to assess microsurgical skills. The this study was the face and construct validity benchtraining microanastomosis module assessment scale, i.e., Northwestern Objective Microanastomosis Assessment Tool (NOMAT). METHODS Medical students, residents, postdoctoral research fellows at University were enrolled in study. Trainees divided into 3 groups based on experience: 1) experienced, 2) exposed, 3) novices.
