摘要: Background: Human papilloma virus (HPV) is the causative agent of cervical neoplasia and genital warts. A vaccine has recently been developed that may prevent infection with HPV. Vaccination for HPV become a routine part office gynecology. We surveyed members American College Obstetricians Gynecologists (ACOG) to determine their attitudes vaccination. Methods: survey was sent Fellows ACOG evaluate gynecologists’ attitudes. Vaccine acceptability analyzed using 13 scenarios following dimensions respective attributes: age patient (3, 17 22 years); efficacy (50% or 80%); recommendation (yes no); disease targeted (cervical cancer, warts both). Each scenario rated by means an 11-point response format (0 100). Responses were evaluated conjoint analysis. Results: Of 1200surveys out, 181 returned included in our considered most important variable distribution (importance score = 32.2), followed (24.5), (22.4) and, lastly, (20.9). these variables, higher favored; preference given years, strong disinclination vaccinate at years; protection against warts, both, significantly favored over alone.
